MARC Board supports and monitors the scientific and industrial relevance of MARC's project portfolio and activities (and, given the proposal of area leaders, suggests new projects and activities start along the years of MARC). MARC Scientific Advisory Board assists and provides feedback to MARC leadership and SC concerning scientific plans and results. SAB meets on request by MARC Board, SC, or MARC leadership. The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) is responsible for maintaining and presenting industry-relevant challenges to be addressed by MARC. The Steering Committee (SC) is responsible for the daily operation and management of MARC. SC meets every second week. SC nine (9) members. The Area Leader will be responsible for the research and development in its respective research area. The figure below illustrates the organization of MARC. MARC Board
The MARC Board supports MARC SC and leadership in centre development and initialising new re search projects and initiatives. MARC Board supports and monitors scientific and industrial relevance of MARC's project portfolio and activities (and, given the proposal of area leaders, suggests new projects and activities start along the years of MARC).
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)
The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) consists of three international scientific leaders of research fields belonging to MARC's three research areas. The SAB assists and provides feedback to MARC leadership and SC concerning scientific plans and results.
Industrial Advisory Board (IAB)
The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) is responsible for maintaining and presenting industry-relevant challenges to be addressed by MARC. IAB provides an annually updated report describing this (MARC Challenges Report), to be used in the development, buildup, and evolution of MARC.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee (SC) is responsible for the daily operation and management of MARC. SC meets every second week.
