Your student email will be updated to MDU
Starting on 18 February, your student email will change ending from @student.mdh.se to @student.mdu.se. This can cause outages to systems such as Zoom and Office apps.
Your updated student email will look the same as your current one, except that the ending is replaced with @student.mdu.se. You will still be able to receive emails via the old MDH email address, but it is important that you refer people to the new MDU email address after the transition.
It may take up to a week for the change in the various systems to be completed.
This is what you need to do
- If you're logged in to the OneDrive client, Teams, Outlook, or any other Office app with your student email and are experiencing problems — sign out and sign in again. You may need to restart your computer.
- If you have a personal licence for a programme, you should contact your teacher for more information.
- To sign into Adobe Creative Cloud, use mdu.se from Monday onwards.
New students will receive an MDU email address directly
From 14 February, everyone who creates a student account will receive the new MDU email address.
